Each user is provided with a wallet in their ShivraGreen account. If any extra amount is recharged or overpaid, we will credit that amount to the user's wallet. No refunds will be issued to bank accounts in such cases.


4. Bank Refunds for Technical Failures


Full refunds to the user's original payment method will only be processed if there is a confirmed technical error on our part and we are unable to provide the service.
Users must report the issue to our support team. Once reviewed and verified, we will process the refund accordingly. ShivraGreen reserves the right to assess the situation before initiating any refund.
