Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ShivraGreen, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient EV charging experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel their bookings and request refunds.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Users may cancel a charging session via the ShivraGreen app before the session begins.
  • If a session is canceled before it starts, the amount will be fully refunded to the user's wallet within 24 hours.
  • Once a session has begun, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If charging fails to initiate due to a technical error on our end, users are eligible for a full refund to their original payment method.
  • If the charging stops prematurely and the user did not receive the full purchased units, partial refunds will be processed based on actual units consumed and credited to the user's wallet.
  • No refund will be granted for user errors, including wrong station selection or low battery on the user's device.
  • In all other cases, any extra amount paid by the user will not be refunded to the bank account, but will instead be added to the user's ShivraGreen wallet for future use.

3. Wallet-Based Refunds

Each user is provided with a wallet in their ShivraGreen account. If any extra amount is recharged or overpaid, we will credit that amount to the user's wallet. No refunds will be issued to bank accounts in such cases.

4. Bank Refunds for Technical Failures

Full refunds to the user's original payment method will only be processed if there is a confirmed technical error on our part and we are unable to provide the service.
Users must report the issue to our support team. Once reviewed and verified, we will process the refund accordingly. ShivraGreen reserves the right to assess the situation before initiating any refund.
