ShivraGreen provides app-based electric vehicle charging services. As we do not sell or deliver any physical goods, the concept of shipping does not apply to our services. However, we believe in clearly explaining how our services are accessed and delivered to maintain transparency.

1. Nature of Service

All services provided by ShivraGreen are digital and location-based. Users can locate nearby charging stations, book a session, and initiate charging through our mobile application.

  • There is no delivery of physical goods or equipment involved.
  • Users are required to physically reach the selected station to use the service.

2. Service Fulfillment

  • Once a charging session is booked and payment is made, the service is immediately available at the chosen charging station.
  • Charging can begin once the user plugs in and confirms via the app.
  • Session status and energy usage are updated in real-time within the app.

3. Downtime and Delays

While we strive to ensure all stations are operational 24/7, occasional technical issues may occur. In such cases:

  • Users may choose an alternate nearby station from the app.
  • For failed sessions caused by technical errors, please refer to our Refund Policy for resolution steps.
