Our services are designed to enable EV users to locate, book, and utilize charging stations managed or affiliated with ShivraGreen. You agree to use these services solely for lawful and authorized purposes.

  • Users must register an account to access charging services.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • ShivraGreen reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its discretion.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments for charging sessions and related services are handled through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway partner. You agree to pay all applicable charges promptly.

  • Prices may vary by location and duration of usage.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Receipts and session summaries will be provided through the app or email.

3. User Conduct

Users are expected to follow basic etiquette and safety while using our stations. ShivraGreen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse.

  • No tampering with hardware or vandalism at stations.
  • Do not block charging ports unnecessarily.
  • Follow posted guidelines at all charging stations.

4. Limitation of Liability

ShivraGreen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our network.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software used on our platforms remain the property of ShivraGreen. Unauthorized use of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications

ShivraGreen may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notifications. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
